Axios/HBO Now Josh Grobans new album “Mystery Sci-Fi Theater 3000” is in the works, according to an insider who has seen the new tracklist.
The tracklisting was posted to YouTube by “Music Is My Life” singer Josh Grogan.
“Music is my life,” the song opens.
“And music is a way of life for me.
Music is a journey for me and for everyone.”
Groban told Entertainment Weekly that he was going to make a record about the show.
“It’s going to be an adventure album,” Groban said.
“You know what?
We’re not stopping.
We just have to get the hell out of here.”
Grogan also told the magazine that he had a lot of things he wanted to say about the new album, including that he wants “Music to be the first thing on my shelf.”
“I’m not gonna be an introvert,” he said.
Grogan has also released two albums of original songs.
“We’re in the process of writing a new album,” he told Entertainment Week.
“I think it’s going well.
I think it was going really well.
It’s not something that was just written.”
The new record will feature a new song called “All The Things That Are Good,” which will be released on May 6.
“Everything that’s good is happening,” Grobana said of the new song.
“So that’s something I’m gonna write about, but I’m also gonna write another new song, too.”
Grobanks last album was called “I Don’t Want To Talk To You.”
Grobs new album is expected to drop later this year.
“My Mystery Sci-fi Theater 3000,” the band’s second album, is expected out in 2018.
