Smart music players and their associated apps can be categorized into two main categories: smart and smart playlist.
Smart music plays the music in a specific order that will help you find it on a playlist and it is not restricted to a specific playlist.
For example, if you have a playlist containing songs with similar titles like “Blank Space”, “Love in a Box”, “In My House”, or “Hail to the King” you can search the playlist for the title of a song by simply typing the song’s name and hitting Enter.
The smart playlist will play the song, but it will not play the entire playlist, because the order of the songs will determine which ones are playing and which ones will not.
This allows you to quickly search for the songs that are playing.
If you do not want to play the whole playlist you can disable smart playlist by pressing the Menu button, which is located in the top right corner of the screen.
Smart playlist can also play songs from other apps or offline music stored on the device.
You can disable or change the default playlist by going to Settings > About phone > Settings.
For a full list of smart playlist options, see Smart playlist.
