We’re going to list the 80’s pop stars, from the most famous to the least.
We’ll also highlight the people who shaped their careers and made a huge impact on the 80 years of pop music.

Patti & Madonna Patti and Madonna were both born in the United States, and both grew up in Los Angeles.
Pattie is the daughter of a singer and songwriter.
In 1987, she was released from prison after serving five years of a 15-year sentence for stealing a song from the Rolling Stones’ Sgt Pepper’s album.
In 1990, she became the first woman to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, while in 1992 she became a pop star, appearing in music videos for Lady Gaga, Christina Aguilera and Nicki Minaj.
Madonna, born in Italy, was the daughter to Italian-born pop star Giorgio.
She has been one of the biggest stars in Italian pop music for decades, and she became one of pop culture’s most famous pop stars after the release of the film The Man Who Sold the World in 1992.
She later became a household name as a model.
Madonna and her husband Prince were both childhood friends of the Beatles.
In 1988, Madonna became the youngest female artist to hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, while her song “Don’t Stop Believin'” was the second-most popular single in the U.S. in 1989.
